Attention Dog Walkers--Pack a Pooper Scooper
It's getting warmer and the days are getting longer, so many of you are walking your pets more frequently. It's a time of year we all look forward to for our families and our yards. What we are not looking forward to, are those pesky lawn grenades left by pets. For those of us who don't own pets, nothing could be worse that finding a grenade in your yard, left by a passing animal and it's owner. Or worse, having to clean it off your 3 year olds shoes. So to all you pet owners out there, enjoy your daily exercise and walk the dog. But please be considerate of all your neighbors in Poplar Creek Estates and clean up your pets mess. It's the responsible thing to do.

I'd like dog walkers to please be aware that if their dog decides to pee in a flower bed (which is bad enough), to at least keep him from scratching out freshly planted flowers with his rear feet as he attempts to "cover" with dirt!! I have lost two so far this Fall 2005!

Although I notice most dogs on a leash for the most part, there are a few that roam the street and yards freely on Autumnwood Drive (East)! I can't imagine a pet owner not being aware that irritated neighbors can and will call Animal Control to have their dog picked up and taken to the pound!!
