The Walgreens' development will have the same design as this one in Cool Springs
The Walgreens' proposal includes a three-quarter acre park area in the apex of the triangle, allowing for greenspace between Kroger's and Harpeth Valley Elementary School.
The commmission's recommendation must be approved by the full Metro City Council in order for the project to begin.
Councilman Vic Lineweaver must now request that the Planning Commission write up a bill for the two approved requests, which will be submitted to the City Council for first reading.
The requests need to pass three readings by the full Council- the second of which would include a public hearing before the Council in July - before they can be signed into law by Mayor Bill Pursell. Councilman Lineweaver will hold neighborhood meetings during June to solicit public feedback.
Homeowners wishing to make changes to the exterior of their home; install a fence, deck, or pool; or make other substantive changes to their property must fill out the form below and submit it to the Architectural Review Committee for approval.
