On Sunday, January 20,2002, yellow flyers were anonymously placed on the mailboxes of Poplar Creek Estates residents urging them to contact certain metro officials that they are against the proposed commercial development and re-routing of the Old Harding Pike/Highway 100/Collins Road intersection. This flyer is not distributed by the Poplar Creek Estates Board of Directors, and the Board has not endorsed any position for or against the proposal. The Board provides information to PCE residents through the PCE website for convenience and information purposes only.
