Annual Homeowner's Meeting Results
The BOD's reviewed several issues that had occurred during the past year. Those issues were: Parking on Sidewalks/obstructing sidewalks with trashcans, etc., Ineligibility for traffic calming techniques to reduce speed, the placement of boats, campers, RV's, and other large vehicles, and the dumping of debris (grass clippings, leaves, limbs, etc.)in storm culverts and drains. All are discussed in more detail in the FAQ article posted on this website.

Regarding signage, the BOD's agreed to meet to discuss written permission that would allow placement of certain signs. Some of those signs include: birth announcement signs, alarm warning signs, political signs naming candidates for office, invisible fence signs, lawn service signs, lost animal signs, beware of dog signs, and for sale signs on vehicles. At present, no permission has been granted and thus no sign, except a "For Sale" sign is permitted on any property unless Board permission is given. We hope to finalize the matter in the coming weeks.

Congratulations to Patty Scott and Dwayne West on their election to the BOD's. Additionally, Cliff Dobbs was elected to another 3 year term. Please join me in thanking our two outgoing board members: John Rouwenhorst and Brian Sarmento. We appreciate the sacrifice of their time and their commitment to our neighborhood over the past 3 years.
